I’m Joseph Rose, a qualified planner with over seven years of experience working in Local Planning Authorities. I hold a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and have a deep understanding of both urban and rural planning matters.
I have worked on and determined a wide range of planning applications, provided pre-application advice, handled enforcement cases, and represented local authorities in planning appeals. I also have extensive experience presenting at planning committees, ensuring applications are effectively communicated for the best chance of success.
At Rose Planning, I take a client-led approach, offering clear and honest advice to help secure positive planning decisions. My goal is to make planning matters simple, providing expert guidance on applications, appeals, enforcement, and more.
